I found a fix... you need a more recent version of subversion - I
tried it with 1.5.1 on my Sidux (debian sid) box. THis version could
resume the broken transfers .... Thanks for your attention. BTW: Maybe
google should provide a set of recent Subversion binaries for
Win32( they are ridiculously easy to build) . Most people use outdated
command line utilities because you need to register for newer ones....
