Yep, it is tricky if you just want the URL lines themselves adjusted. It may be worth filing this as a feature request against our issue tracker: http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/list
I can imagine other cases where this would be useful too, such as when a project's main repository is still hosted outside of Google Code.
