Hello, I've created a project 2 weeks ago. Recently I've added another person as a member, however this person doesn't seem to be able to authenticate to the project. We've tried using her gmail address (also tried only the prefix) and the password available in the Settings page but without success.
I also added the person as a project owner, and even try resseting the password but no success up to now. Any ideas what we are doing wrong? Any help is very much appreciated.
