There isn't any means of removing old revisions apart from doing a full dump, reseting the repository, then filtering and uploading the dump.
I can provide another reset as necessary. It looks as if most of your quota is being burned by up binary files, including exes, though. Are those things that might be better hosted from the downloads section?
