I've doubled your quota to 200MB. Let me know if you think you'll
require more in the near future.

I'll investigate why you're seeing the over quota error when you
attempt batch commits. I suspect it's because it's considering your
current repository size plus the uncompressed size of the commit,
which would explain why the final size is within limit. As noted,
though, I'll look into it.
