Hi, I'm trying to register a new project named "esmp". However, there is an existing project on SourceForge with the same name. I tried to contact the owner of this project but did not get a reply. This project was created 5 years ago and the status of the project is still "Planning". No code has been released. No website exists. It seems to be dead. I would be very grateful if someone could help.
