I'm trying to register a project named "Substrate", but whenever I enter the name, it comes back with "That project name is not available."
I have checked, and I do not see that a project by that name currently exists. At the very least it is not public. http://code.google.com/p/substrate/ returns a forbidden message, while other made up project names actually return file not found messages. Why is substrate forbidden/not allowed?
