Can you provide some quick details regarding why you require a reset? Normally we only provide them when absolutely necessary (e.g. syncing).
Previously we had a more open posting policy, but with the level of traffic the group sees the spam-to-legitimate ratio was fairly high. All first-time posters are moderated as a result.
