Hello, Last week I went to register a new project, but the name I wanted was taken. I checked out the project and it seems that the owner simply created it back in mid-2007, but never did anything with it. There were never any commits to the repo. I emailed the owner by appending "@gmail.com" to the his username, asking him if I could take over the project, but got no response. Is there any way I can have this project?
