I just uploaded a ~35 MB file to my Downloads section, but when users try to download it, it always stops short. It'll happen at different points -- once at 5 megs, once at 20 megs, once at 12 megs, etc.
Should I delete and re-upload the file, or is there some kind of propogation issue happening?
