I'm restarting a different svnsync. The reason I stopped it, was that
there where 1024 revisions most of which where empty (there where a
lot of other projects in the same repos and I used svndumpfilter to
just get the rendy part), and I decided to restart after creating a
new dump with the empty revisions removed.
