I don't see it like that, you can find a LOT of .NET projects on
google code
(even official google projects)

but they don't use the ms-pl license which imho is good
(proliferation of licenses == bad for open source)

I see it the other way, it's codeplex that can not compete with google
code in term of features

so I guess your real problem is to change the ms-pl to another license
to be able to use google code,
not really making google code include the ms-pl

so really if you have the need to use google code, it doesn't take
long to change the licensing
or maybe I don't see your real problem ?
