"The 'search isn't great' comment is fine, if it had been said different" Sure, it could have been, but come on what you guys do is search, 98% of google's income comes from search, everything else is pretty much nonsense, so at least the search aspect of the product should be "good" or at least it should be removed altogether.
To be honest I don't care either way nor do I think most people value the results of the search provided at hosting.
