What reason do you have for needing these projects deleted? If it is so you can create more projects, that is not affected by deleting the old projects. The limit is on the number of projects you can create, not the number you currently have in existence.
I see you've hit the 10 project creation limit and doubled your limit to 20 so you can create additional projects.
