Hi David,

In general, we discourage anyone from resetting their repository
unless they need to import an existing repository using svnsync, or
have unintentionally committed confidential data. Otherwise, we would
encourage you to simply use svn rm to remove the contents that you no
longer want in your repository.

If you are requesting this reset based on one of the reasons mentioned
above, please backup your wiki directory and then svn rm the contents
of your SVN repository.
