He was subscribed, but still flagged as a new member. Since he's
obviously not a spammer, I've bumped him out of the new member
category and his messages will come through fine on their own now.

Steve: I did remove your test message from the list rather than
letting it through. No need to spam everyone with a test when we know
why your message delivery is not quite what you expect. :-)
