I want to move my repository and all its history onto your subversion repo. I managed to convert my git repo to subversion on my own system with git2svn, but now I'll need to use svnsync to get it onto Google Code. This requires that I be at revision 0.
The reason I added code and then removed it is because I couldn't get git-svn to do what I wanted it to.
