The only way to accomplish this is to for you to backup your repository with an svn dump, perform an "svn rm" on your entire repository to remove the contents, and we can then reset the repository to revision 0. You will then need to research how to remove specific revisions from the svn dump, make those changes and then svnsync your repository back into the SVN server.
