Argh. The bad news is that I couldn't reproduce the problem -- after waiting a very long time, r2113 *did* svnsync for me from my box-at-work to googlecode.com.... I was hoping I could reproduce the 502 error. :-/
The good news is that you're all synced up to r2174 (the last revision in the dumpfile you gave me), and if you tweak the revprops on r0 to point back at your *own* local repository, your own svnsync job should be able to catch up even further.
