Hi Alex, We treat Milestone as just another Key-Value label. So, if you are a project owner, you would set it in the same area there you set Priority-*, Component-*, or any other label. The choices in the auto-complete drop-down menu are determined by what you enter on the Issue Tracking subtab of the Administer tab.
