I recently commited a revision that consisted of nothing but property changes (setting up ignores for a new build).
http://code.google.com/p/angel-engine/source/detail?r=151 The properties come through properly (as seen by updating other systems), but in the source browser on the Google Code website, it says that "Contents and properties are unchanged."
