What sort of project is "tomoyoafter"? We suspended the project today because it was suddenly generating a huge amount of traffic (many MANY people downloading files from it), and yet it did not appear to have anything to do with open source software. There is no open source code. It appears to be some sort of modification to somebody else's game.
Google Code is for hosting real open source software with real code -- it is *not* a generic web hosting service. And as far as we can tell, it was being used as nothing but a generic web hosting service for something extremely popular. That's why it was suspended for 'Terms of Service' violation.
