All apologies for the delay. I didn't see any of this thread in my email and didn't check here until now.
The maps we're hosting aren't part of the licensed client or extracted from EQLive's servers in any way shape or form. The maps are only pathing vertices we're extracting, calculating, and inserting over the game so that our emulated creatures don't ignore and walkthrough the 3D models. It's open source because we generated this content from scratch, both the vertex compiler and the files, and they are only server-side and in no way a deconstruction or reassembly of either server or client code. In short, we've been quite careful to not distribute anyone else's code, art, or IP. The lack of license info wasn't intentional. It was an accidental oversight on my part. I'll update the license info at the site accordingly.
