It looks like the DNS server your shared server is configured to use
cannot resolve the googlecode.com domain.

Can you resolve other domains? eg. `ping google.com`, `ping
yahoo.com`, `ping natulte.net` ?

If not, I suggest checking the server's configuration, both resolver
config and firewall config (it may be blocking DNS traffic). If you
have tech support provided by the hosting provider, I suggest
contacting them as well.
