When creating a project I get this message: "The project name that you entered conflicts with a project currently registered at SourceForge."
However, the project it conflicts with is is no longer under active development. I requested to take over the project on SourceForge but that request has been queued for over 5 months. This makes it effectively impossible to create the project at Google Code. What can I do to create the project anyway?
