There is a "preview" button on the bottom when you edit a wiki page. You can use that page as an online wiki previewer, while keep editing wiki pages via SVN.
BTW, It will be great if Google Code can provide a wiki rendering service to render a wiki page into an HTML snippet. So I can embed the rendered wiki pages into my project website via AJAX. Regards.
