It appears your account was banned when we banned another project which appears to be distributing non-Open Source software:
http://code.google.com/p/pkrlv/ It appears that the poker simulation that's being distributed doesn't have any corresponding code in the SVN repository. Is this actually Open Source, and if so can you point us to the source code? I have temporarily lifted the ban on your account, but not that project, while we resolve this issue.
