The trunk,branches,tags directory is just a convention.  But if you
want to use it, just

$ svn mkdir https://myproject.googlecode.com/svn/trunk -m "Create
trunk directory"

..and do the same for the other directories.

If you're really new to svn, you should look at the svnbook
(http://svnbook.red-bean.com) and post newbie questions to
[email protected].
