Your project was closed because you were using it as a generic hosting platform for non open-source software.
Looking through your project, I see mp3, jpg, and keygen executables. None are related to your project, and we have zero interest in helping people distribute this kind of stuff. I'm actually surprised you weren't also banned from Google Code. To get your project back, delete non-open source content, carefully re-read the Terms of Service, and indicate your understanding that Google Code is *only* for open source projects.
