hello, I would like to start a project with a name currently used by another project on sourceforge. I have tried contacting the owner of this project but they are not responding. The project hasn't been worked on since 2006 so it is probably abandoned.
Is there a way to register a duplicate project name in these circumstances where the owner is not contactable?
