Dear all, On my project download page at http://code.google.com/p/devide/wiki/Downloads?tm=2 I offer a number of external downloads. I would like to track clicks on these external downloads by making use of the Google Analytics javascript as explained here: http://www.google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55529
Google Analytics is already enabled for the whole site via the administration interface, but it is obviously does not track the externally hosted downloads. The downloads are externally hosted because they are over 100MB per release per architecture, and the next release will support 4 architectures at about 150MB each. I added the required <a href... HTML to the wiki page (for each of the three downloads currently listed), but the onClick javascript is stripped away in the final render, although the links themselves are functional. Does anyone know how I can get this working?
