I've unbanned you. Before doing so, I took the liberty of destroying
the project still hosting a copyrighted e-book.

Please make sure that you are familiar with the Terms of Service of
the platform before continuing to use it. I hope that we won't end up
banning you again for a repeat offense.

For other people listening, let me remind you of the basic idea:
Google Code is a project hosting platform for your open source
projects. Three key terms: your, open-source, and projects. It is not:
 - A host for files you are not allowed to distribute (see copyright
law and licenses).
 - A platform for closed source projects. If the code is not
available, your project will be destroyed.
 - A generic file host. You should host an open source project, not
just random files you need to put online.

If you have any doubts as to what you are hosting on Google Code, I
strongly encourage you to ask us on this list if what you're hosting
is okay. We can tell you, and if it turns out not to be, we can
suggest other services that might be better for your needs. We're
human beings (well, I'm an advanced AI operating from the Moonbase,
but you get the idea), and we won't bite/hurt/ban if you ask honestly
because you're not sure :-).
