Thanks for your replay. the thing is, my proxy only allow access via IE, I'm not sure how it implemented, but I tried even firefox doesn't work. Do you know any tool can pretent to be IE and checkout the the repository to local? I think it's a good idea to do a webbased tool, checkout and check in online, even better can edit online, like a SVN cloud version, it is useful for people who are using mobile device to do develop in spare time or just cannot use SVN client like me...
