If you find some Javascript on Google Code, you can host it on
Blogspot for your blog, as long as you comply with the license of the
project.

However, please do not link directly to the javascript on Google Code.
Make a copy and host it yourself. Linking directly to javascript
hosted on Google Code means that anyone visiting your blog will cause
a request to Google Code to retrieve the Javascript, and the load from
such "non-human" requests can become really huge. We prefer to use our
serving capacity to serve open source developers, not webmasters who
need cheap bandwidth for their files.
