Just confirmed with a team mate (I haven't worked on this area of code
code in a while) that banning a user automatically removes his
comments from the site. So, your issue tracker should now be cleansed
from that user's spam.

Thanks again for the report. Other people: if you see stuff like this
going on in your projects, don't hesitate to report the offending
user. Like most of you, I can't stand spammers, and will show no
mercy. I suspect my colleagues feel the same way :-).
