Jorge -- the svn users mailing list isn't orphan, it's one of the busiest lists on the planet. There is no subscription-approval process for [email protected]. You just go to the tigris.org page and choose to be subscribed, that's it. If you're *not* subscribed, you can still post, but then an admin has to hand-moderate the individual post. I just asked the admins what's up, and they're not aware of any moderation backlog.
