If I host something at Google Code, I believe there is some ambiguity about whether the Google Terms of Services (http://www.google.com/ accounts/TOS) agreement may affect the license for my code, specifically section 9, Proprietary rights. This section seems to imply that someone downloading my code must conform to Google TOS in order to use my code (including Google owning right, title, and interest in my code), which makes no sense for an open source hosting service. Can someone please clarify?
Put another way: is the code hosted at Google Code actually part of the Services? Thanks for any help you can provide. -abc --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hosting at Google Code" group.
