I'm mildly confused by what you mean by the above. I see only one
"default" and one "wiki" repository on your project. It seems that you
are already talking about at least two distinct repositories
containing source code, which leaves me wondering what you're talking
about...

In any case, if you want to start the history of a repository afresh,
you can use the reset link at the bottom of the source tab pages,
which will empty your Mercurial repository and let you `hg push`
whatever else you want instead. Does that answer your question?

If not, please explain how I misunderstood you, and I'll be happy to
render assistance :-).
