We don't at this time support project name re-use, but since you're in
contact with the owner of the "netgore" project, might you simply ask to be
made an owner of that project? You can then undelete the project, reset its
source repository, close out all of its issues, change the project summary
and description and start more-or-less from scratch. Would that work for
