Is your original project code open source?  It must be, if was hosted
on Google Code.  In that case, no, there's nothing you can do:  the
other person can re-distribute the code however he likes.  Welcome to
forks.  :-)

A better plan might be to find out *why* he forked it and see if the
rift can be healed.
