If you want a feed of your *own* projects, you can use the http://code.google.com/hosting/projects JSON feed (if you are logged in). Otherwise, no, there is not. This would probably be a useful addition to the recently-announced data API (http://googlecode.blogspot.com/2009/10/issue-tracker-data-api-for-project.html ), so feel free to suggest it on our issue tracker (http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/list ).
