If the project owners have not chosen to obscure their names, then
you should be able to mail them at the addresses / names that appear
in the "Project owners" area of the project's home page (append
"@gmail.com" to names that aren't listed with domains). If the project
owners have chosen to obscure their names, there may be no way for you
to contact them and you may have to choose another project name.
Out of curiosity, in what name are you interested?
