The file in question contains malware. This was found by our malware
scanners, and in this particular case it was deemed serious enough that it
triggered an automatic ban of the project, to protect users. The analysis of
the file in question by VirusTotal (a free multi-scanner file analysis
service) can be found here:

Sorry for not communicating this better to begin with. We are looking into
better ways of notifying project owners who may have accidentally uploaded
malware (eg. compiled on an infected machine) and telling them apart from
malicious abusers who use the project hosting platform to distribute
malware. The current solution is definitely suboptimal when there is a false
positive (fortunately fairly rare from what we can tell).

I see in your logs that the file has been removed, so I've republished the
project. Ideally, since the file is still visible in version control, could
you amend the commit log message for that revision, to state why users
shouldn't use that file?

Thanks, and again, apologies for the inconvenience and bad communication.

Anotehr thing I would like to know is what was going on in zwetan's

All I know is that zwetan is not a part of and does not speak for the
Project Hosting team.

Thanks for taking action, and again apologies for the inconvenience and bad
communication.
