Te exact error message is "Connection refused by the server" with Eclipse + Tigris and "OPTIONS of 'https://ikea-italia- gadget.googlecode.com/svn/trunk': could not connect to server (https://ikea-italia-gadget.googlecode.com)" on Tortoise. I use SVN every day so I know how it works. My Ip today is 89.243.177.57 from uk. My partner is from Italy but isn't on-line now. Where can i find a good traceroute web application?
