Hi there, We'd like to keep your Code account in place so that the issue you filed has a valid reporter. But you can still control how your username appears throughout the site. Just visit your settings page (https://code.google.com/hosting/settings), click the checkbox that says "When I participate in projects, show non-members my email address as "[email protected]" (using myself as an example), and click "Save preferences" at the bottom of the page. This change will be (almost) immediately reflected throughout our site. Eventually this should also propagate to Google's search index (as well as other search indices), so your undesired search result should eventually disappear. If you're feeling especially secretive, you may also want to take a look at the "Hide updates by me from other users" option (click on the "Updates" tab and the "From <your email>" link to see what I'm referring to).
