After looking at this, the project was created over 3 years ago, then deleted, and was stillborn (no data at all). So, I've transferred ownership to you.
You should now be able to access http://code.google.com/p/httperf/ . It is still marked as deleted, so only you can see it currently. This is so that you can take your time changing the project description/license/labels before republishing it to the world (you'll need to do that to turn access to source control back on, and to have it indexed and generally available).
