On the front page of a project you should see a "project owners" bubble on
the right side. If the names there are addresses, you may email them
directly. If they are usernames without an "@<somedomain.com>" portion,
append "@gmail.com". If the names contain an ellipsis ("..."), you may solve
a CAPTCHA to view the full name.
