You can do this yourself:

1.  Undelete your project

2.  In the Source tab, click 'Checkout'.   You'll see a page showing
which URLs to 'svn checkout'.  At the bottom of that page is a link
offering to reset your repository.  Note you can only see this link if
you're logged in as the owner of the project.
