Dear Google-code team,
you offer under "Google-code" the license "Artistic License / GPL"
which means:
dual license "Artistic 1.0 license" or "GPL 1.0 or later"
You should make this more clear in the "license selection" when
generating a new project. It may even be better to replace this
outdated license, by the much better license "Artistic 2.0". Note, in
Wikipedia under:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artistic_License
it is sketched why "Artistic License 1.0" is outdated and version 2
was developed in response to the criticism to version 1.0.
