Sorry, no. Google Code currently only allows hosting of open source projects. We don't discriminate on whether or not the software is for-profit or not, that's not a criterion we care about. What we do care about is whether the project can be used and modified freely by others. The OSI's annotated definition of Open Source is a good summary: http://opensource.org/docs/definition.php . If the non-profit makes the code open source, it can be hosted (and would be most welcome) on Google Code, regardless of its intended use by the non-profit. If not, it can't. If the org doesn't plan to make profit from the software, I encourage you to make them consider open sourcing it. Who knows, the time you put into helping this org may benefit other orgs in ways you never anticipated.
